Shipping policy

Through this website we only do local deliveries within 5 km of our store in Glenrose Village.

We aim to deliver to these areas on the same day as your order if the order is made before 1pm. If we cannot do this, we will contact you to let you know.

If you would like to deliver to an address further than 5 km from Glenrose Village then please give us a call and we will see what we can do.

Please note, orders outside of the 5km range will likely need another day to prepare and organise so these will be delivered next day.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the order in a safe place or return it to the shop for pickup.

Public Holidays delivery: Orders received on public holidays will be delivered on the next working day without notice to the customer.

Delivery to difficult and remote areas may incur extra delivery, above that already allowed in the gift value. The payment of extra delivery is the responsibility of the customer and orders cannot be delivered without such payment.
